We design and build applications around the way your organization works, and we connect the systems you already have so that nobody types the same thing twice. We take a project from the first conversation through delivery and support. We work across the Microsoft .NET stack and the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP), in Angular, and on WordPress.
Regular rate: $120 an hour.
We build web sites and web applications that work on a phone as well as on a desk, and we keep them updated and secure after launch.
Regular rate: $110 an hour.
We build apps for phones and tablets, for staff in the field or for the public, and we take them through to the app stores.
Regular rate: $130 an hour.
We assess the computers, network and printers you have, tell you what is worth keeping, and install what you replace so that it works with the rest.
Regular rate: $100 an hour.
When something stops working, you call us. Organizations that want a set number of hours each month can ask about a retainer.
Regular rate: $70 an hour by phone, $150 an hour on site.
Christopher Rapp takes short engagements himself. Two kinds suit him best: a software project that has gone off track and needs someone to get it moving again, and a company that needs experienced help it did not plan for. Pricing is by conversation.

Every engagement starts with an initial consultation. We evaluate what you have now: your infrastructure, your software and your web presence. We talk through what you want it to become. Then we propose a plan and a budget. It is free for non-profits and $150 for everyone else. Before that, a 20-minute call to see whether we are the right fit is free for anyone.
We travel up to 25 miles from Tulsa for on-site work, and farther by arrangement. Software and web work is done remotely, and for clients within 150 miles the first and final meetings are in person.
